Love Nikki Diamonds and Stamina Guide: Spend or Skip

Written by Updated 1 November 2026

Every Love Nikki budget starts from the same small daily number, and most wasted Diamonds go on things that never show up in a wardrobe. The first mistake most players make is buying Gold or Stamina. This guide works out the free income from the game's own quest tables, lists the purchases to skip, prices recent events so you can judge the next one, and sets an order for Stamina.

1. What comes in free every day

1. What comes in free every day

Six activity chests on the daily quest screen pay 10, 10, 10, 11, 12 and 12 Diamonds as your activity reaches 10, 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150. That is 65 Diamonds a day, or 1,950 over a 30-day month. A Monthly Card adds a quest that pays 60 a day on top, which takes the month to 3,750.

You never need every quest to reach 150. Four are worth 15 activity: five S ranks, three Arena wins, three shares and four tries in the Room of Mystery. Most others are worth 10, such as ten A ranks, three decompositions, one craft, 15 Competition likes or five hearts to friends. Skip any quest that would cost Diamonds; there are plenty of cheap ones.

The share prompt after a stage is the easy one to waste. An A rank counts for both the high-score share and the could-be-better share, so one run covers the pair. The cheapest A in the game is stage 1-1 on Maiden with skills off: the Memory of Youth dress (2,387 Gold) scores 28,506 there and Nikki's starting hair, Nikki's Pinky, adds 6,457. Together they clear the A line of 29,202 and stay under the S line of 35,403, which is exactly where you want the run to land.

Once a week the Tea Party in your Home community pays 20 Diamonds for a right answer or 10 for a wrong one, plus 10, 20 or 30 more when two, three or four members join. It opens for an hour at 7 a.m., noon and 7 p.m. server time, and an unclaimed reward is wiped early on Monday morning, so claim it the same day. Players who do all of this daily put a month at about 2,500 Diamonds without shares and 3,000 with them.

2. Never spend Diamonds on these

A Diamond spent off your wishlist is one missing from the next Hell Event. The common mistake is small purchases that add up; skip every one of these.

  1. Gold and Stamina. Both refill every day for free; a limited suit you skip does not come back on its own.
  2. Princess attempt resets. Each Princess stage gives three attempts a day and they refill with the daily reset. A stubborn drop costs a few days of patience, not Diamonds.
  3. Home room upgrades. The game prices each step of a room in Diamonds, from 198 for the first to 328 for the sixth: 1,548 for one room before any furniture.
  4. Packs that give no VIP EXP. The pack says so on its screen. Claim the free part and close it.
  5. A suit you cannot afford to finish, or one you only half like. Unfinished pulls leave you with Diamonds gone and nothing wearable.

3. Budgeting between Hell Events

3. Budgeting between Hell Events

Hell Events are the big multi-suit pavilions, and the players who finish them plan backwards. Keep a wishlist, check what the coming events will ask, and log Diamonds in and out each week: a plain spreadsheet stops most impulse pulls. Players who hold to it save around 5,000 Diamonds in the three to four months between Hell Events.

Set that against the prices in the next section. 5,000 covers the first node of any recent Hell Event with room to spare, which makes the first node the realistic free target; the second suit of the August 2026 event already took 7,375. Progress is kept if an event returns, though a return run asks for more pulls, so a node you stop at is a pause rather than a loss.

A newer player has the harder sum. With a small wardrobe nearly every event looks good, and saving means skipping nearly all of them. Before any pull, look at the posed pieces and ask whether they mix with what you own. Frosty Haze shows why: one owner found its white dress matched everything, another regretted the 6,000 Diamonds it took. With savings in hand and an animated suit in mind, wait for the next new Hell Event rather than a smaller pavilion.

4. What things actually cost

4. What things actually cost

Pull costs move with luck and with what you already own, so read these as dated examples from 2026 runs on the global server. They are enough to price the next event on sight.

Two rules come out of the table. A Hell Event's price climbs steeply after the first node, and a small event with daily free attempts costs about a month of chest income even when you use every attempt. Finishing a whole Hell Event refunds 50 Diamonds: a reason to finish one, never a reason to start.

5. Diamonds from playing

5. Diamonds from playing

Past the daily chests, Diamonds come from progress. A new chapter pays out as you clear it, so play one first, the week it lands; the rest of this list is worth a few minutes a day.

  1. Decompose spare clothes. The reward box on the decomposition screen fills at 100, and three decompositions a day also count for the quest. Maiden 7-7 and 8-5 are good farms for spares: each has two drops for 4 Stamina, though the second (Silent Rose on 7-7, Camellia Branch on 8-5) needs an S rank and comes 15% of the time.
  2. Vote in the Competition. A vote comes back every 3 minutes and 30 are stored, so the bar is full after 90 minutes. Spend it at least twice a day and the 15-likes quest finishes along the way.
  3. Leave achievement rewards unclaimed as a reserve for an event's last day. It beats topping up with money when a node is just out of reach.

6. Where Stamina goes

6. Where Stamina goes

A Maiden stage costs 4 Stamina and a Princess stage 6. Collect the free Stamina first: log in at the free Stamina times, finish the Competition boxes, open your mail, accept friends' Stamina and open the luck boxes. Daily logins alone were enough to finish Night of Blossom's suit in July 2026. Then spend it in this order.

  1. A time-limited event, always. When none is running, farm a lifetime suit's materials, one suit at a time rather than a little of each.
  2. During a welfare event, farm Maiden stages for its currency; in July 2026 the same runs earned Starry Night Tales currency alongside Petals of Devotion. A welfare suit moves on as soon as you own every piece, without collecting every fragment.
  3. Price a Stamina event before starting it. A Mystery Library board takes 2,016 to 2,240 fragments, and Princess stages drop 2 to 4 for 6 Stamina, Maiden 1 to 3 for 4: about one fragment per 2 Stamina, so 4,000 to 4,500 Stamina for the suit. Plan to open every square; a lucky early finish happens, but don't count on it.

7. If you pay

Money goes furthest in small, steady amounts. The Monthly Card comes first: its 60 a day nearly doubles the chests, and one saver who kept it running put 9,400 Diamonds aside in the gap between two Hell Events. Skip everything else until the card is covered.

  1. $1 suits and bonus-pull packs. A full suit for $1 is the best price in the shop. During a Hell Event a $1 offer doubles the last six days of Diamond gifts, about 400 Diamonds.
  2. $5 suits, judged on the posed pieces. A pose you will reuse in many outfits is the reason to buy; a tiny suit with an awkward pose is not.
  3. $20 and $40 tiers stack, so a dull $20 suit is only worth paying for on the way to a $40 one you want.
  4. Collab recharge suits never return after the collab ends. That is the one purchase that cannot wait for a second chance.
