By using loadoutgg (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

loadoutgg publishes tier lists, character guides, and reference information for mobile team-building and gacha games, for informational purposes. It doesn't currently require an account to use.

Accuracy and no warranty

Content on this Site — including tier rankings — is compiled from official game sources and community discussion, and reflects a snapshot of information at the time it was published. Game balance, mechanics, and the meta change over time, and we make no guarantee that any page is complete, current, or error-free. Where a ranking hasn't been established from a real source yet, the Site says so rather than guessing, but nothing here should be treated as official guidance from any game's publisher. The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Third-party trademarks and assets

Game titles, character names, artwork, and other assets referenced on this Site are trademarks and copyrighted material of their respective publishers and developers. loadoutgg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and, as on other game companion sites, they are shown here only to identify the games, characters and items covered. Original written content, compiled data, and site design are loadoutgg's own and are not offered for reuse. A small amount of material is used under a Creative Commons licence and stays available on those terms. The Legal & Copyright page has the full breakdown, plus how to report a rights problem.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to violate any law, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or scrape/republish its compiled content wholesale as your own. If features that accept user submissions (voting, comments, etc.) are added later, additional conduct rules will apply to those specifically.

Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising from third-party partners such as Google, rather than a subscription or paywall. See the Privacy Policy for how that affects data collected from your visit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, loadoutgg is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any decision made based on its content (including in-game decisions made based on a tier ranking or guide).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where you access the Site. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including those of the European Union and the United Kingdom. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the Site changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
