Palmon Survival is a monster-collector survivor RPG with a base-building layer — you collect Palmon, auto-battle waves of enemies, and run a settlement. This guide is built from the game's systems and community consensus, reworded. For where Palmon rank see the Tier List; for squads see Best Teams; for base assignments see the Base & job guide.
Should you reroll?
Lightly, if at all. The standard pool has strong Palmon and the game is generous with Pallite (the pull currency), especially with the codes and early events.
If you reroll or target one Palmon, aim for Ninjump (the DPS carry the whole game is built around) or Ghillant (the tank that makes every other fight easier).
Redeem the codes first (Codes page) before you judge your account.
Pick one element
Every Palmon is Water, Fire, Electric or Earth. Same-element Palmon on your team share formation buffs, so a mono-element team is stronger than a rainbow one.
The element you build also decides your damage type against the wave — bosses and stages have an element, and you want the one that beats them.
There's no single 'best' element — build around whichever strong carry you pull first (Ninjump = Water, Mantleray = Electric, Hoofrit = Fire, Ghillant / Statchew = Earth).
Committing to one element and building it deep beats splitting your resources four ways.
Frontliner vs Backliner
Frontliners tank and brawl at the front of the formation — they hold the line and soak damage.
Backliners deal ranged damage and support from safety behind the frontline.
A team needs both: a frontliner (ideally a dedicated tank like Ghillant) to survive, and backliners to actually clear the wave.
Carries and evolution
Every UR Palmon evolves into a stronger form (Ninjump → Shadowkaeru, Mantleray → Mystiray). This is the biggest single power jump available.
Funnel ALL your evolution / blueprint / Omni-Token material into ONE carry. A half-evolved carry is worse than a fully-built lower-tier Palmon.
The build matters as much as the Palmon: a Ninjump with the wrong S-rank stats and no blueprint breeding underperforms badly.
SSR Palmon (Snowkami, Incineraptor) are easier to get and build than URs, and carry you a long way early — don't skip them while you wait for a UR.
The base
Away from battle, Palmon are assigned to base jobs (mining, logging, smelting, generator maintenance, and so on) that produce the resources you need to level and evolve.
Assign your BENCH Palmon to jobs — keep your strongest team for Combat.
Which jobs matter and which Palmon to put where is covered in the Base & job guide.
Keep every job station staffed at all times; idle stations produce nothing.
