Below a set share of its HP it gains Energy every time it is hit, and the first time it drops that low it also gains DEF stages.

At a glance
- Why this tier
Snoozpider is B because Spider Web's two 75% rolls stack Poison and Paralysis on 100 DEF, but a 4x Brawler weakness and 86 ATK hold it back. Rochelon holds a Ground slot more safely.

How to use Snoozpider
Snoozpider stacks Poison and Paralysis: Spider Web rolls a 75% chance at each, and Poison Swamp adds a trap. 100 DEF and 95 HP hold up, but Brawler hits it for 4x and 86 ATK is weak. Rochelon is the better Ground trap setter for the Arena.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
