A random target makes its one protective buff unreliable, and it brings no damage of note to a squad. Ghillant shields the whole Earth back row; Lendanear earns more in the Hospital.
Overview
The job list reads like a healer's, but Lendanear does no healing in battle. Rejuvenate gives one random ally 12.5% less damage taken, and because the target is random, the protection often lands on a back-liner no one was attacking. Beyond that it has only a basic attack, so in a squad it trades a full damage slot for a small, unaimed buff. Ghillant is the better protector for an Earth back row through Nature's Guard, and it deals real damage while doing it. No Evolution is coming for it, and the recent SSR stat cut thinned the body further.
Its home is the Hospital. Tender Care speeds healing there by 15%, which gets injured Armigo back into your squads sooner after a hard fight.
