The third target decides it: in Peak Palosseum the enemy rarely has only two threats worth removing, and now all three take the strike. Off Earth, its Final Attack buff reaches no one.
Overview
Scorphelia arrives with Dialuna on the first day of the Conquest Season, and of the two it is the one built for fighting. Desert Judgment dives on the 2 enemies with the highest Attack for 1218% and sets off a toxin blast that hits every enemy for 1500%, so one cast both picks off threats and softens the whole line; no Earth back-liner has a stronger cast. Sandstorm Dance then raises every Earth ally's Final Attack by 10% for each Rage Skill cast, up to 3 stacks, which makes every Rage cast in the squad worth more.
The weakness is the opening. Those stacks take three casts to fill, so the first seconds of a fight are Scorphelia at its weakest, and an enemy burst can decide things before the buff lands. On a Pure Earth account it is the first Mythic to fund; on any other, skip it.
