How the Joker engine works
The Joker is unlocked by unlocking every other king, and in the current version it has no base card and no starting deck of its own. Its card list holds three King of Nothing troops: Soldier, Paladin and Archer. Custom decks are announced for the full PC release, and that is when this page will show what the Joker can be built into. Until then there is no reason to plan a run around it: each of the nine kings has a full deck with its own perks and decrees, and those are the pages to read first.

Card stats per level
Playing a card onto its own plot again levels it up. Multipliers stack: a card at level 3 carries its level-up boost twice.
