Why this tier

Pan Pan is C because Panda Crush only crits in sunlight and 86 ATK keeps those crits small. Sunbelle does more for a sun team.

Pan Pan's skills

Fixed kit always on Pan Pan, can't be swapped

Trait · passiveGluttony

Basic attackBamboo Shoot

Its automatic attack: a Grass hit every 1.2s for 12 power. That is slower than most, so anything that triggers per hit rather than per point of damage fires less often here.

How to use Pan Pan

Pan Pan heals itself 10% with every Grass skill through Gluttony, and Panda Crush always crits in Harsh Sunlight, which Clear Skies sets. That gives it a simple plan: sun up, then crush. 100 HP holds. 86 ATK is weak, and Petalina or Sunbelle make better use of a sunlight team.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
