On entering battle, adds 5 seconds to the opponent's switch cooldown.
Lumi Master/Lumis

At a glance
- Why this tier
Whiscrow is C as a delay piece, since Whistle Call and Whistle keep adding seconds to the enemy's switch cooldown. 80 HP makes that hard to keep up, and Gambir does more for Flying teams.
Whiscrow's skills
Fixed kit always on Whiscrow, can't be swapped
Hits the current enemy with an air bullet and adds 5 seconds to the opponent's switch cooldown.
Its automatic attack: a Flying hit every 1.3s for 13 power. That is slower than most, so anything that triggers per hit rather than per point of damage fires less often here.
Swappable skills choose which one to equip
Hits the current enemy. Always crits if it is the first skill used since entering battle.
Hits every enemy on the field with a tornado and strips all their buffs and stat boosts.
Hits the current enemy and strips 1 Wet and 1 Swift from it.
Hits the current enemy and switches out.
Resets the ATK and DEF stages of every Lumi on the field back to neutral.
Sets the weather to Storm, hits every enemy on the field and resets your switch cooldown.
Skills marked "Used in official line-ups" are the ones the game's own in-client line-ups equip on Whiscrow. See those line-ups.
How to use Whiscrow
Whiscrow slows the other side's switching. Whistle Call adds 5 seconds to the opponent's switch cooldown when it enters, and Whistle adds 5 more with every cast, which traps an enemy in a bad matchup. 80 HP is weak, and a 1.3s basic attack is slow. Gambir is the better Flying pick.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
