Cutting one carry's Attack is a narrow job, and before Evolution none of that Attack comes back to Woozard. No Best Team of ours uses it, and Scorphelia covers the same targets later.

Stealing the Attack it strips makes each Fungiburst a swing in both directions, a real step up from C. It holds the slot only until Scorphelia arrives in the Conquest Season.
Overview
Woozard counters one enemy, and that is its whole design. Fungiburst aims 6 shrooms at whoever has the highest Attack, and on top of 831% total damage it cuts that target's Attack by 35% for 10s, which blunts a single carry for the length of a fight's key exchange. Evolution makes the trade two-sided: as Fleurizard it keeps all of the Attack it strips, so the carry gets weaker while Woozard gets stronger.
The problem is everything around that one target. Dragonesque's damage bonus helps only Woozard, the debuff ignores the rest of the enemy team, and none of our Best Teams find room for it. Scorphelia hunts the same highest-Attack targets while hitting every enemy and buffing all Earth allies, so once she arrives in the Conquest Season, Woozard goes to the bench. Before then, Fleurizard is a fair Earth back-liner.
