Stealing the Attack it strips makes each Fungiburst a swing in both directions, a real step up from C. It holds the slot only until Scorphelia arrives in the Conquest Season.
Is Fleurizard worth it?
Fleurizard changes what Woozard is for. Flower Power steals 100% of the Attack that Fungiburst strips, so a skill that only weakened the enemy carry now hands that stolen Attack to Woozard itself. Fungiburst already aims at the enemy with the highest Attack, hits for 831% and cuts their Attack by 35% for 10 seconds, and the Evolution turns that trade into a two-way swing rather than a debuff. It is the single biggest jump any low-ranked Earth line gets from Evolution III. It does not make Woozard a carry. The base damage is modest for a UR, the effect lasts only as long as the debuff, and Scorphelia hunts the same targets harder while buffing the whole Earth team, so she takes the slot once you own her. Build this if Earth is your element and Scorphelia is still out of reach.
