GFL2 weapons come from the weapon banner: Elite (signature, usually built for one doll) and Standard (usable by any doll of that weapon type). There's no per-weapon data page on the site yet, so this is the reference. The ranking is derived from the doll Tier List and community weapon analysis — a signature weapon is worth pulling in proportion to how much it adds and how good the doll's standard alternative is. How to prioritise
Pull a signature weapon only for a doll you'll run long-term (Tier List S / A) — a signature for a bench doll is wasted.
Many dolls have a standard-banner weapon that's as good as or better than their signature — check the 'fine without' list below before spending.
The weapon banner shares its currency with the doll banner in effect (both are Collapse Pieces / tickets) — every weapon pull is a doll pull you didn't make.
One copy of a signature is the value spike; extra copies are a small refinement, not a priority.
S — pull the signature
Klukai — she 'really really wants' her SSR gun; a large chunk of her boss damage is tied to it.
Springfield — no good alternative to her signature rifle, and it's part of what makes her the best support.
Vector — her first and second dupes unlock 'her whole deck of cards'; her signature is central to the Burn follow-up engine.
Suomi — her offensive kit (V2 + signature) is the difference between a pure shield-bot and a do-it-all support.
Loreley — worth the investment for her flexibility across teams (creator verdict: 'don't regret V6').
A — signature is a clear upgrade, but not mandatory
Qiuhua, Voymastina, Cheyanne, Leva, Phaetusa — high-end DPS whose signatures push their ceiling meaningfully; pull if they're your main carry.
Makiatto — her signature adds damage, but she's already 'one of the best units in the game' at V0 with a standard rifle.
Qiongjiu — a clear upgrade, but she performs well on several standard rifles; lower priority than her dupes.
Nikketa — actually the exception: her standard-banner weapon (Samosek) squeezes more damage out of her than her signature. Get the standard one.
Dolls that are fine on a standard weapon
Tololo — best-in-slot is Vanetta, a standard-banner rifle most players get anyway. She uses most rifles well.
Sharkry — 'basically any rifle' works; she tops damage charts regardless. Don't pull for her.
Sabrina — takes any weapon you give her and spits out results.
Cheeta, Centaureissi — 4-star / SR supports whose buffs come from the base kit; a good weapon isn't even necessary.
Groza, Belka, Nemesis, Papasha — the free / standard dolls; give them whatever you have. Belka's V0-to-V6 gap is small.
Mechty — percentage-based kit, contributes a ton even built horribly.
Skip
Signatures for C / D-tier dolls — the doll isn't worth building, so neither is the weapon.
Signatures for dolls of the weak elements (Physical, Electric) until those elements get support — Faye, Nagant, Mosin-Nagant.
Extra copies of any signature beyond the first, unless you're pushing leaderboards.
