Dest.
Why this tier

Cryolime is D on flat 81 stats, carrying Ice Shards and a Frostbite-on-knockout trait. Crystalym adds the detonation that gives Gels a job, so evolve it.

How to use Cryolime

Cryolime's Ice Shards hits twice with a 10% Frostbite chance on each, and Ice Gel leaves 2 Frostbite behind when it falls. Frost Crystal is in its pool. Every stat sits at a weak 81, so there is no reason to fight with it for long. Level it to Lv. 15 for Crystalym, which adds the Self-Destruct payoff.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
