Why this tier

Fruflare ranks B because Fruit Rush's effects are coin flips, even though Spark adds a Burn to every Leech. Infernadra guarantees the same effects two stages later.

How to use Fruflare

Fruflare pairs every Leech with a Burn through Spark, and Fruit Rush rolls for Leech, Burn and a DEF drop. The rolls are 50% each, so it is unreliable. 82 ATK hits softly. Infernadra, two stages up, guarantees all three effects, so evolve it.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
