Dest.
Why this tier

Noclime is D on weak 80 to 82 stats, with only Poison on its signature, a trap and its knockout to offer. Umbralym adds the detonation, so evolve it.

How to use Noclime

Noclime poisons from the start: Shadow Ball has a 20% Poison chance, Poison Swamp lays a trap, and Dark Gel poisons its opponent twice when Noclime goes down. That sets up Muskyx nicely. 82 ATK and 80 HP are weak. Umbralym is the evolution with Self-Destruct, so skip investing in this stage.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
