How to play Vale
BNinth this patch: every reward hangs on levelling, which suits a rush, while Nana, Kalea and Chou pay whether or not you level.
Vale pays out as you level. His card gives a free hero purchase and 1 Gold at every Commander Level, and his Updraft charges arrive at set levels. Updraft rerolls the shop into heroes sharing a Synergy with the one you pick, a targeted roll with a free buy attached.
The key moment is level 9, where the star-up adds a charge: switch your blessing toward SPECTRE and Updraft straight away for the copies that line needs, even before Echomancer has banked much energy. A slow start is his weak spot, since nothing arrives until you level.
Skill — Updraft
Choose a Hero and the Shop refreshes to Heroes that share at least one Synergy with it, with one free purchase. You earn a charge at Commander Levels 6, 8 and 10.
Star-up: Shifting Wind. Extra charges also come at Commander Levels 5, 7 and 9.
