Omniheroes game modes guide: Chaotic Space, Rift Odyssey, Lost City and Dimensional Arena

Updated 19 September 2026

Four modes each ask for something the main tier lists can't show on one row. Chaotic Space is a gearing grind with trial checks, Rift Odyssey and Lost City reward heroes you'd otherwise bench, and Dimensional Arena flattens levels so the draft decides the fight. This is what each one needs in season 18.

Chaotic Space 2.0: what changed

Chaotic Space ran in seasons 1 to 6, was removed, and is back this season as Chaotic Space 2.0. A later fix raised its drop rates and lowered the difficulty.

The 10 September patch (version 2.61.0) went further. Chaotic 13 now needs five synergies instead of nine, and each sweep gives more ancient accessories. In practice you no longer need full synergy teams to clear the trials, which opens the mode to accounts with a thinner roster.

Pushing Chaotic Space levels

Trials are the limiting resource, so every step here is about not wasting them.

  1. Head straight for each cube's boss to advance, and leave the side cubes for later.
  2. Skip side chests that cost more trials than they give back.
  3. Save sweeps for the highest cubes you've unlocked.
  4. With spare cubes, turn on Auto Battle to clear the rest and collect the chests.
  5. Always buy and max the extra Chaotic Space trials in the Primal Shop.
  6. Get the Rake Shark pet to 3 stars or higher. From there it adds bonus accessory drops to every challenge.

Chaotic Space accessories

Accessories drop already purified and enhanced to max stats, so never spend resources upgrading them. The only thing that matters is their tier.

Tier 12 is the line. A hero needs tier 12 accessories to switch on the stage damage boost, and below that they barely scratch the enemies. For the level 65 nodes, bring a full set of tier 12 accessories, decent yellow pets and good relics.

  1. Sweep earlier stages until every hero in each synergy team has tier 11 or tier 12 accessories.
  2. Buy the monthly tier 13 accessories from the shop to guarantee tier 13 gear for Lucifer.
  3. Max the daily random tier 12 accessory chest to cut gearing time.
  4. Max the Chaotic boxes in the shop whenever you can.
  5. Don't buy tier 11 accessories unless you are stuck on lower stages.

Chaotic 13 trials

Minimum setup since the patch: Lucifer at 9 stars, Pharaoh's Sarcophagus at 4 stars, Kusanagi at 2 to 8 stars, and Planar Gate at 4 stars.

Pledges are the reason certain supports keep appearing here. Stacking a pledge replaces the old one with a stronger version, and that makes it the best attack scaling PvE has. Lucifer goes into every trial, because sharing her ATK, DEF and Max HP with the team lifts every other slot. Chronos can take her place if you have Chronos and not Lucifer.

Relics for the Chaotic 13 setup

These three relics make up the minimum setup next to a 9-star Lucifer. Pharaoh's Sarcophagus deals Relic damage to the enemy with the lowest HP.

Rift Odyssey: who to build

Rift Odyssey has its own group on the PvE tier list, because it rewards heroes that rarely make a main team.

Elmer is the first choice. His Iron Spirit keeps him alive at a minimum HP as long as another ally is still standing, and his hits have a chance to Taunt. Ra is the fallback if you don't have him: Sacred Grace has her take damage in place of allies until her own HP runs low.

Rift Odyssey: the hardest stage

The current extreme stage needs Trueancestor Ophelia at 9 stars. That is where her large hidden damage multipliers kick in, and without them the team does almost no damage to the stage's enemies.

If you don't have her at 9 stars, wait until the last day instead of spending resources on attempts that can't clear. Holycrown Elowyn can't clear it even at 9 stars, so she isn't a summon priority for this stage.

Rift Odyssey tips

  1. Don't spend on the Sparrow or the other Sacred Beast pets for this mode. It's a trap.
  2. To fine-tune turn order and buff timing, unequip the speed-slot accessory on specific heroes so your buffer acts before your damage dealer.

Lost City: Pandora is the key

Pandora is essential for clearing Lost City, which is why she is first in line for transcendence after the Fates. Her kit shows why. Endbringer hits the lowest-HP enemy for 450% PDMG, and Double Jeopardy recasts it whenever an ally kills something or casts an Ultimate, up to 5 extra casts a round. Every kill lines up the next one.

Give her the Devil Tarot card, together with Exorcism Cauldron or Planar Gate so her HP isn't reduced. The Magician card is the alternative.

Lost City: heroes worth keeping

Lost City is where Empire, Woodland and Eclipse heroes earn their keep. These 17 have their own group on the PvE tier list. Hold on to them even if they never make your main team, and build around Pandora first.

Dimensional Arena: how the draft works

Dimensional Arena is PvP at a fixed level, with heroes and relics drafted. Because levels are flattened, flat stat buffs are unusually strong here, and heroes that hand them out rise to the top.

Fenrir is the clearest example. Every action an ally takes adds Max HP, every hit has a chance to add ATK, and none of it is capped. Take her whenever she is available. From your own roster, pick Lucifer over Chronos, because she performs better in this mode.

Draft and place placeholder heroes at random first, then finalise the real line-ups once you've seen what's left.

Dimensional Arena relics

Pharaoh's Sarcophagus, Exorcism Cauldron and Crimson Chalice are instant picks. Crown of Schemes extends stuns, and together with Planar Gate and Exorcism Cauldron it covers stun length, burst protection and cleansing in one set. Python's Mirror gives stall and sustain teams plenty of revives.

A Dimensional Arena team that works

Izanami's Yomi Snow gives allied critical hits a chance to apply Cursed Snow, and Arcane Dorabella guarantees critical hits, so every hit gets that chance. Sourceborn Marina, Loki and Arcane Dorabella then chain extra actions off the team's relic casts. Fenrir fills the last slot with her uncapped buffs, and Isis can replace her. The full line-up is on the Best Teams page as Crit-chain Ethereals.
