A fourth bomb and a finisher bonus make it the Electric Mega to build first; at Evolution V it already hits like an Evolution IV Thundermane. Random aim still wastes bombs in crowded waves.
Overview
Anyone moving an account from Water into Electric should build Mantleray first. Electric Burst throws 3 bombs at 756% each, and once evolved it gains Sorceray's 35% Attack, which multiplies across every bomb and makes it the best UR damage dealer Electric has. Every Electric lineup we recommend runs it, and Mystiray at Evolution V already deals damage in the range of an Evolution IV Thundermane, which makes it worth the Mega resources.
Keep it out of Water squads. It collects no element buff there, and swapping it for a Water back-liner is the better move now, even if you are still waiting on a Water pull to replace it. The bombs also pick targets at random. Against one boss that costs nothing, but in a crowded fight all three can land on a target that was already dying.
