Gains 1 Wet every time one of its skills deals damage.
Lumi Master/Lumis

At a glance
- Why this tier
Echofrog holds A as the Water damage piece of its official line-up: each Echo cast adds a bullet and Round feeds Wave, on 98 DEF and 98 HP. Every switch resets the count, which keeps it below Clionia.

Echofrog's skills
Fixed kit always on Echofrog, can't be swapped
Fires a water bullet at the current enemy. Each use adds one more bullet (up to 3); the count resets when this Lumi switches out.
Its automatic attack: a Water hit every 1.1s for 11 power. That is slower than most, so anything that triggers per hit rather than per point of damage fires less often here.
Swappable skills choose which one to equip
Hits the current enemy with +15 power per Wet stack on this Lumi. If it has no Wet, it gains 2 Wet instead.
Hits the current enemy twice; each hit has a 20% chance to apply 1 Frostbite.
Hits the current enemy and switches out; the Lumi coming in gains 1 Wet.
Raises this Lumi's ATK and DEF by 1 stage each.
Sets the weather to Rain, hits every enemy on the field and gives every Lumi on your side of the field 1 Wet.
Hits the current enemy. If this Lumi is not already carrying Wet, it gains 5 Wet.
Skills marked "Used in official line-ups" are the ones the game's own in-client line-ups equip on Echofrog. See those line-ups.
How to use Echofrog
Echo gets better every time you use it: each cast adds a bullet, up to 3, and Round gives Echofrog a Wet for every damaging skill. That Wet then powers Wave at +15 per stack. 98 DEF and 98 HP let it keep casting through a long exchange.
Switching out resets the bullet count, and 85 ATK caps what any of it deals. Clionia turns Wet into healing as well as damage, so it does more for a Water team; Echofrog suits the rotation line-up it already sits in.

The first two Lumi buy time. Every time Hexdeer comes in, Fortune takes 2 more stages off the enemy's ATK, and every time Jellistel leaves, Regenerate heals it 20%. Both carry a skill that attacks and switches out, so they can trade places for several turns while the enemy's damage keeps shrinking. Echofrog is the payoff. Echo fires one more water bullet each time it's cast in a row, up to three, and Round adds 1 Wet whenever Echofrog's skills deal damage, so each follow-up costs 1 Energy less.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
