How to use Floragon - Variant

The Variant is Floragon with a gamble in its signature. Bloom still Leeches every enemy that enters and Dragon Roar is still there to force swaps, but Petal Vortex - Variant raises ATK or DEF at random per Leech stack instead of always ATK. 110 HP carries it the same way.

That randomness makes it less reliable turn to turn, which is why base Floragon ranks higher. Ice still hits it for 4x.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
