Why this tier

Flufferfly - Variant keeps an A for the Flufferfly sleep loop with no evolution needed, but without the free trait heal every nap costs a turn. Meteofly runs the same plan with more payoff.

How to use Flufferfly - Variant

This Gold Flufferfly has no Head in the Clouds, so it only sleeps when you make it. Fall Asleep heals 40% and sets up Butterfly's Lullaby for two ATK stages, and Baton Pass can hand those stages to a partner. Tornado strips enemy buffs.

60 power is a light signature and the setup costs a turn. Meteofly runs the same loop with a stronger wake-up, so treat this as a placeholder.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
