At a glance

Best.
Why this tier

Pincock is B because it only works inside a Flicker team, where Cut Deck and Wing Whirl feed the bar on 98 DEF and 96 HP. Outside that team Gambir does far more.

How to use Pincock

Pincock only works in a Flicker team. Cut Deck redraws Flicker's skill on entry, and Wing Whirl hits, leaves and helps Flicker fire whatever it has equipped. 98 DEF and 96 HP let it keep cycling in and out, which is the whole job. It carries Cleansing Wind too, a cheap 3-Energy answer to enemy stat stages when a Fortify team shows up. Outside that plan it is a weak pick; Gambir, the male evolution of the same Pokerfowl, is the stronger result.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
