B
Why this tier

Stealbat holds a B rank as a hit-and-leave piece, since Siphon and Round Trip steal Energy every time it leaves, on 105 ATK. With 80 DEF it should never stay in.

Stealbat's skills

Fixed kit always on Stealbat, can't be swapped

Trait · passiveSiphon

Steals 1 Energy from the current enemy when it leaves the field.

Signature skillPoker Phantom

Spends all of this Lumi's Energy (up to 8) on a shadow attack; each extra point spent adds 40% damage.

DarkCost 4Power 60

Basic attackPoker

Its automatic attack: a Dark hit every 0.8s for 8 power. That is among the quickest on the roster, and since every basic attack in the game trades power for interval at the same rate, the short gap buys extra hits rather than extra damage — which is what per-hit effects key off.

How to use Stealbat

Every visit from Stealbat drains the other side. Siphon steals 1 Energy from the current enemy each time it leaves, and Round Trip, the game's own pick, hits and switches out for a cheap 3. Poker Phantom spends up to 8 Energy for 40% more damage per extra point, which suits a turn when you are flush.

80 DEF is weak, so it should never stay in. Muskyx holds a Dark slot far better.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
