Lumi Master/Lumis

At a glance
- Why this tier
Unicorn moves to A as the finisher of the Flicker teams: Rainbow Convergence hits for 100 and drops from 7 Energy to 2 as Flicker skills go off. It needs two casters ahead of it, and Dark and Steel hit it for double.

Unicorn's skills
Fixed kit always on Unicorn, can't be swapped
Hits the current enemy; costs 1 less Energy for every 1 Flicker skills used, down to a minimum of 2.
Its automatic attack: a Fairy hit every 1.2s for 12 power. That is slower than most, so anything that triggers per hit rather than per point of damage fires less often here.
Swappable skills choose which one to equip
Sets this Lumi's ATK and DEF stages to match the current enemy's.
Fires a rainbow missile at the current enemy — two while Enhanced, split between enemies if there are several on the field.
Heals every Lumi in your squad for 15% of max HP and cures all their Poison.
Swaps Flicker skill effects and counts with the current enemy.
Hits the current enemy with a falling star; +50% damage for every Flicker skill used, up to +500%.
Casts a random Flicker skill. Builds no extra Flickergy.
Skills marked "Used in official line-ups" are the ones the game's own in-client line-ups equip on Unicorn. See those line-ups.
How to use Unicorn
In a Flicker team, Unicorn is the finisher. Innocence adds 6 Flickergy to every skill, and Rainbow Convergence hits for 100 and costs 1 less Energy for every Flicker skill used, down to 2. Starfall adds 50% damage per Flicker skill on top. Healing Light gives it a squad heal when it needs one.
At full price it costs 7, so it needs Flicker casters like Jellistel and Geniphant ahead of it, and an enemy Magic Trick swaps the Flicker count away. Dark and Steel hit it for double.
Teams with Unicorn
- Championship Flicker RushLumi Championship · Gym battles

A Fairy Flicker team for the guild Gyms. Every Flicker skill Jellistel and Geniphant cast makes Unicorn's Rainbow Convergence 1 Energy cheaper, from 7 down to a floor of 2, so by the time Unicorn comes in its 100-power signature costs almost nothing. Jellistel leads and takes the first hits, coats the squad in Wet with Hydroblast, and heals 20% every time it leaves the field.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
