Amatech Rookie SoldierA

Amatech Rookie Soldier

AElectricalJacker

A rookie soldier who just joined the Amatech security team. With no experience under their belt, everything is new, and they get through each day relying on the manual and their seniors. With no grand ambitions, their only goal is to survive the probation period and become as dependable as their seniors.

Verdict

SkipSkip it once Hyde is on the team, since Hyde does far more in Electrical.

PvEDGFCD
Why this tier

PvE DThe one A Jacker that slows every enemy, but 110% on one target leaves it far behind Hyde in Electrical.

GFC DA team-wide slow and a dodge-only counter. Hyde's 70% Paralyze does far more.

Overview

The Rookie Soldier has one trick no other A-grade Jacker has: a slow on the whole enemy team. Wide-Area Disruption hits one enemy for 110% every 2 turns, and from skill Lv. 10 slows every enemy by 10% for 3 turns at 70% (63% after resist). That is worth something in the first chapters, when turn order decides fights.

The rest of the kit is weak. The counter needs a 5% dodge, then a 60% trigger and a 60% roll, so it almost never fires, and A-grade ATK is the lowest Jacker line. Hyde hits every enemy for 160% in the same Electrical element, and Mou slows every enemy from skill Lv. 20 with a team shield on top.

No comp here uses the Rookie Soldier. Electrical back-row seats go to Hyde, Hugo and Kirill, though Electrical's place on most stone lists means the Rookie can break stones while those three are missing.

Skip it once Hyde is levelled. Early levels come back through a Migration Core.
