Dynamite Blue/Tier List
Dynamite Blue Tier List
updated 3 Oct 2026How this tier list is judged
Two tabs split the roster. PvE ranks for Signet Hard and Extreme, Firewall and the Code Dungeon, where a team gets 15 rounds per Signet stage to break the right Guardian Stones in order. GFC ranks for the arena, where the opponent is another player's team and stones only appear in the daily gimmick. All 48 released characters are ranked in both tabs; Morgan waits for a release date.
Grade sets the starting band, since stats are fixed by grade and class. The kit then moves a character up or down. Hitting every enemy on a short cooldown, protecting the whole team, hard control and an element that four or five stone lists ask for all push up. A cooldown of five turns or more pulls down, because it fires only three times in a 15-round stage. Kits are read at skill Lv. 40, and each note says when the key effect switches on.

Early fillers. Their stats fall behind X and XA units long before max level.

A-grade recruits. Use them only while a slot is empty.

The GFC arena, launch build: other players' teams, Guardian Stones only in the daily gimmick, damage climbing from round 8.

Why the top picks are on top
Hyde leads the damage side, and every account gets Hyde from the tutorial. The kit hits all enemies for 160% every second turn, adds a 70% Paralyze from skill Lv. 20, and comes in Electrical, an element 5 of the 8 stone lists ask for and the one DJ Madu, the Firewall boss, is weak to. The weak point is Slaughter HP. Hyki is the other S damage pick: at Speed 126, tied fastest on the roster, the 80% Stun on every enemy from skill Lv. 20 usually lands before the other side moves, and 250% plus Poison on one target keeps the damage coming between casts.
The front row is where S gets expensive. Drax cuts damage to all allies by 40% and Ari puts a 75% shield on the whole team, but both need three or four Skill Cores before that happens. They are still the two to aim for, because a front row that holds lets almost any back row finish the job. Rem's 30% team heal and damage cut work from skill Lv. 1, which keeps Rem the first healer to build, at A because all of it is defensive.
PvE and the arena are different lists
GFC fights turn deadly from round 8, when each side's damage taken climbs by 15% a round, so speed and the first big move decide more fights than stones do. Sol climbs to S there: crowd-control immunity from skill Lv. 20 shrugs off the opening Stun or Paralyze, and the 160% hit on every enemy keeps coming. Nataliya, Iron and Lin Qiang each lose a band in the arena, and their notes say why.
Control on every enemy also weakens. Only the main target rolls at the listed chance; units next to it roll at 75% of it and the rest at 45%, so Hyki's 80% Stun on the whole team lands less often on the back row than it reads. Hyki stays S anyway, since a Stun on the main target at Speed 126 still takes away that unit's opening turn. Muro ties that speed and strips two buffs, but from one target, which is why Muro sits at A in both tabs.
Who to pull first
Sol's limited banner is the one to spend on now. Sol is S in the arena, hits every enemy with DEF cuts every 3 turns, and leaves on 21 October, while Rem stays in the standard pool after the X-XA pickup ends. The cost is a 180-pull pity, where a standard banner needs 80. Take Persa mainly if you run Tsuki, since Persa's sure Burn switches on Tsuki's bonus.
Spend the guild shop's XA Selector on Drax, Ari or Hyki (Hyde is free). Pair them: an account that pulled a tank takes Hyki, and one that pulled Hyki takes Drax or Ari. Among X grades, Lilly and Ru are the two standard-banner picks that hold an A in both tabs. Lin Qiang and Iron hold the front in Power content until Drax arrives. Everything in D is A grade, and each D note names the character who does that job better.

What to expect from this list
This list was revised on 3 October, in the first week after the global launch. Every XA and X grade band now reflects how the first week played out; the est mark stays on the S- and A-grade recruits, whose bands are still read from the kit alone. Electrical and Network characters will move first: each element sits on 5 stone lists, and the two hit each other back.
