Coo&Beak Sous ChefA

Coo&Beak Sous Chef

AChemicalSlaughter

A young man with no particular talent for cooking, who happened to see Raoku's street demonstration and immediately knocked on Coo&Beak's door. As a rare junior who doesn't just endure Raoku's barrages of nagging but actually enjoys them, even Raoku himself was taken aback at first. He thinks he's working normally, but the people around him say, "That guy's got a few screws loose." Coo&Beak Head Chef.

Verdict

SkipSkip it. Ironclad does the same life-steal job and hits harder.

PvEDGFCD
Why this tier

PvE DThe Sous Chef's 60% life-steal on a 110% hit keeps the Sous Chef alive but threatens nothing. Ironclad does the same thing harder.

GFC DLife-steal buys a turn, but 110% on A-grade ATK threatens no one. Ironclad duels better.

Overview

Where the Head Chef heals the team, the Sous Chef heals only itself. Fiery Strike hits one enemy for 110% every 2 turns; skill Lv. 10 then heals the Sous Chef for 60% of the damage. Half the time an attack also raises its ATK by 10% for 2 turns. The life-steal is useful early, when enemies hit softly.

Ironclad has the same shape one grade up: 160% with 70% life-steal and a healing cut on most attacks. The Sous Chef also sits on the lowest Slaughter ATK line, and Chemical is called for on only three Guardian Stone lists out of eight, so there is no stone argument either. The Sous Chef is the weaker pick at every stage.

No comp here uses the Sous Chef. Chemical seats go to Lilly and Hyki, and the life-steal seat to Ironclad.

Skip. The life-steal keeps it standing in the first chapters, where enemies hit softly, but 110% threatens nothing once stages get harder. Early levels come back in full through a Migration Core.
