Navii Commander

SPlasmaSlaughter

The pinnacle of NAVII security. Hera's oldest loyal retainer and the commander of the company's military might. He believes that by undergoing full-body Jagear procedures, he gave part of his humanity to the company. Like Baeksa, he serves directly under Hera, but the two keep each other in check, and Hera enjoys that tension itself. He knows it, yet cannot stop. For the company.

Why this tier

PvE CA Bleed from skill Lv. 10 can feed Tsuki's bonus in Code Red Plus, and little more. Ironclad hits as hard with life-steal on top.

GFC CNavii Commander brings 160% and a Bleed at Speed 110, with nothing to control or protect. Kirill hits harder at the same grade.

Overview

Navii Commander does one-target damage and leaves a Bleed. Suppressive Fire III hits one enemy for 160% every 2 turns; at skill Lv. 10 it also leaves a Bleed for 2 turns. The passive raises ATK by 5%, 30% of the time, which rarely adds up to much. It is decent damage early and weak damage late.

Beyond the hit there is little: no control, nothing for the team. Plasma covers only three of the eight stone lists and is the most crowded element. Ironclad hits as hard with 70% life-steal, and Kirill hits harder at the same grade. Either is the better pick for a single-target seat.

Navii Commander stands in for Lain in Code Red Plus: Plasma into Dueoksini, where the Bleed gives Tsuki a status for the +100% bonus.

Skip past the early game. The Bleed works from skill Lv. 10, so a few levels are cheap, and a Migration Core refunds what goes in.

Exclusive gear

Skill unlock ladder

Navii Commander's skills gain extra effects at fixed skill levels. The active skill can't go past half the character's level, and the passive opens at character Lv. 20. Spending Infinity in battle raises the skill level for that fight, so a gated effect can switch on early.
