Kirill

SElectricalSlaughter

The youngest of Journey Dikaya. Enjoys voluntary overtime and coming in on weekends, and does not even take overtime pay. Wields a special weapon whose blades fold like wings to serve as an assassin, but in essence is the most loyal odd-job worker of all.

Why this tier

PvE CKirill's 185% every 2 turns in Electrical suits a young account, but the passive waits on a crit and S-grade ATK trails Hyde. Hugo and Tsuki replace Kirill once pulled.

GFC CKirill brings 185% on one target at Speed 110, with no control and no team value. Tsuki hits harder and moves first.

Overview

Kirill is fast single-target damage for a young account. Frenzied Barrage hits one enemy for 185% every 2 turns, and from skill Lv. 10 also hits the enemies next to the target for 90%. Electrical sits on most stone lists and has the edge on DJ Madu, so Kirill always has work early.

The rate is high but the stats are not: S-grade ATK sits well under Hyde's. The passive does nothing until a crit, off a 15% base rate, and there is no control and nothing for the team.

Kirill is the second Electrical hitter in Firewall Starter, next to Hyde, and the swap for Hyde in Signet X-Grade or for Hugo in Firewall: Double Electrical.

Good value while the account is small: the whole kit is in at skill Lv. 10. When Hugo or Tsuki arrive, a Migration Core returns the levels, gear, License and skills. Kirill is a stopgap, not a long-term carry.

Exclusive gear

Kirill has four gear pieces of their own, one per slot. Each is named anew at every grade; the Legendary piece is shown.

Skill unlock ladder

Kirill's skills gain extra effects at fixed skill levels. The active skill can't go past half the character's level, and the passive opens at character Lv. 20. Spending Infinity in battle raises the skill level for that fight, so a gated effect can switch on early.

Awakening and dupes cost

License 5 caps Kirill at Lv. 200. Each awakening star lifts that cap by 5 and adds a slice of base stats, up to Lv. 225 at 5★. Stars are paid in Kirill's own shards, and as an S-grade character every duplicate pull turns into 30 of them. Awakening is kept if you reset the character with a Migration Core.
