Dynamite Blue/Characters
XAAt a glance
- Why this tier
PvE ATsuki's 240% on one target every 3 turns hits hardest at XA once a partner puts a status on the target for the Lv. 30 bonus. Without Reyna, Persa or Muro beside Tsuki, that bonus stays off.
GFC ASpeed 126 ties for first and the 240% hit can remove one target, but nothing helps the team or strips buffs. Muro matches the speed and takes shields off.

Overview
Tsuki lands one huge hit, but only with a partner. Shadow Kill hits one enemy for 240% every 3 turns, the biggest single-target rate at XA; Lv. 10 adds Speed +15%, Lv. 20 Crit Rate +20%, and Lv. 30 a +100% bonus against any target with a status. Lv. 40 adds a 70% Freeze. Speed 126 ties for fastest, and Power has the edge on Siren. That is a strong kit, but it depends on a partner.
Without a status on the target the bonus does nothing, so Tsuki needs a partner to set it up, and the passive waits on a crit. The Freeze needs skill Lv. 40. Muro has Silence from Lv. 1 and strips buffs.
Tsuki is the main damage in four comps, each paired with a status source: Reyna's Bleed against Siren, Persa's and Lain's Burns in Code Red Plus, Persa and Mou in Firewall: Steady Three Stars, and Muro's Silence and Hyde's Paralyze in GFC: First Move. Tsuki also replaces Hyde in Signet chapters 2 and 3.
Build Tsuki to skill Lv. 30 (character Lv. 60, three Skill Cores); below that the bonus is off and Tsuki is a plain 240% hit. Tsuki is a weak Selector pick without Reyna or Persa on the account. Skill Lv. 30 is the step worth waiting for.

Skill unlock ladder
Tsuki's skills gain extra effects at fixed skill levels. The active skill can't go past half the character's level, and the passive opens at character Lv. 20. Spending Infinity in battle raises the skill level for that fight, so a gated effect can switch on early.

Awakening and dupes cost
License 5 caps Tsuki at Lv. 200. Each awakening star lifts that cap by 5 and adds a slice of base stats, up to Lv. 225 at 5★. Stars are paid in Tsuki's own shards, and as an XA-grade character every duplicate pull turns into 50 of them. Awakening is kept if you reset the character with a Migration Core.
| Star | Shards | Running total | Duplicates' worth | Level cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ★ | 30 | 30 | 1 | Lv. 205 |
| ★★ | 50 | 80 | 2 | Lv. 210 |
| ★★★ | 90 | 170 | 4 | Lv. 215 |
| ★★★★ | 110 | 280 | 6 | Lv. 220 |
| ★★★★★ | 220 | 500 | 10 | Lv. 225 |
"Duplicates' worth" is the running total divided by 50 and rounded up. Base stats rise 3% or 5% per star depending on the character's grade.
