'Pride,' one of the Silo 7 units that NAVII AI secretly created to research the Seven Deadly Kinds. It intends to move its base to NETIC Town and ruin NAVII AI's plans. Its diminutive appearance is meant to let it enjoy the expressions of humans who underestimate it.

Why this tier

PvE AA 20% team shield at skill Lv. 30 on a 3-turn cooldown, in Electrical, which beats Firewall's Network boss. The shield needs three Skill Cores, and Ari's 75% team shield and Drax's 40% damage cut protect far more.

GFC AHeal Block from skill Lv. 10 switches off the enemy healer, and the 20% team shield helps past round 8. The block lasts one turn on one target, so Mou has to cast the turn before that healer acts.

Overview

Mou shields the whole team and shuts down healers. Electro Wave hits every enemy for 130% every 3 turns and puts Heal Block on one target from skill Lv. 10. Lv. 20 slows every enemy for 2 turns, Lv. 30 shields every ally for 20% of Max HP, and Lv. 40 adds 20% life-steal for Mou. Every turn start raises Mou's own ATK and DEF, and Electrical has the edge on DJ Madu. The shield is the reason to build Mou, and it is worth the Skill Cores.

Heal Block lasts a single turn on one target, so it only works if it goes on the enemy healer the turn before that healer acts. The team shield needs skill Lv. 30, which is character Lv. 60 and three Skill Cores.

Mou is in three comps: Firewall: Steady Three Stars, as the only Electrical unit, and GFC: First Move and GFC: Anti-Heal, where the Heal Block goes on the enemy healer. Mou also stands in for Nataliya in both Code Dungeon teams against Siren and for Rem in GFC: Outlast.

Build Mou to skill Lv. 30 for the shield. Spend the XA Selector on Drax, Ari or Hyki before Mou.

Skill unlock ladder

Mou's skills gain extra effects at fixed skill levels. The active skill can't go past half the character's level, and the passive opens at character Lv. 20. Spending Infinity in battle raises the skill level for that fight, so a gated effect can switch on early.

Awakening and dupes cost

License 5 caps Mou at Lv. 200. Each awakening star lifts that cap by 5 and adds a slice of base stats, up to Lv. 225 at 5★. Stars are paid in Mou's own shards, and as an XA-grade character every duplicate pull turns into 50 of them. Awakening is kept if you reset the character with a Migration Core.
