Dynamite Blue/Characters
XVerdict
SituationalBuild Reyna only to keep Tsuki's bonus on against Siren; on its own the hit trails Tsuki's.
- Why this tier
PvE BA Bleed with no roll from skill Lv. 10 keeps Tsuki's bonus on against Siren, and that is Reyna's whole job. Alone, 210% every 3 turns trails Tsuki's 240% in the same element.
GFC BSpeed 120 and a 50% Blind from skill Lv. 20, but no hard control. Tsuki hits 240% at Speed 126.

Overview
Reyna keeps a status on the boss, and that is the whole job. Power Suppression hits one enemy for 210% every 3 turns; once skill Lv. 10 is in, it also leaves a 3-turn Bleed with no roll, so the Bleed never lapses. Lv. 20 adds a 50% Blind and Lv. 30 two Power Tag stacks. Power has the edge on Siren, which is where this matters. The Bleed is the useful part and the reason to build Reyna.
210% every 3 turns is under the output bar, and the turn-end passive only lowers the target's Dodge. The Blind lands 45% of the time after resist. Tsuki hits for 240% in the same element. Alone, Reyna is a weak pick for damage.
Reyna's Bleed keeps Tsuki's +100% bonus on in Code Dungeon: Power into Siren, and Reyna leads the damage in Code Dungeon: Four Power, No XA. Reyna also swaps in for Yasha or Ironclad in the Firewall teams and for Yasha in GFC: Outlast.
Worth skill Lv. 10 on any account that plays the Code Dungeon, since the Bleed is the point. Past Lv. 10, Skill Cores do more on Tsuki.

Skill unlock ladder
Reyna's skills gain extra effects at fixed skill levels. The active skill can't go past half the character's level, and the passive opens at character Lv. 20. Spending Infinity in battle raises the skill level for that fight, so a gated effect can switch on early.

Awakening and dupes cost
License 5 caps Reyna at Lv. 200. Each awakening star lifts that cap by 5 and adds a slice of base stats, up to Lv. 225 at 5★. Stars are paid in Reyna's own shards, and as an X-grade character every duplicate pull turns into 40 of them. Awakening is kept if you reset the character with a Migration Core.
| Star | Shards | Running total | Duplicates' worth | Level cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ★ | 30 | 30 | 1 | Lv. 205 |
| ★★ | 50 | 80 | 2 | Lv. 210 |
| ★★★ | 90 | 170 | 5 | Lv. 215 |
| ★★★★ | 110 | 280 | 7 | Lv. 220 |
| ★★★★★ | 220 | 500 | 13 | Lv. 225 |
"Duplicates' worth" is the running total divided by 40 and rounded up. Base stats rise 3% or 5% per star depending on the character's grade.
