Coo&Beak Head ChefS

Coo&Beak Head Chef

SChemicalJacker

The fellow chef who joined first back when Lin Qiang opened his very first modest Chinese restaurant. He learned authentic Chinese cuisine through formal training, but his lifelong regret is that he could never force that path on Lin Qiang, a genius who absorbed everything instinctively. When Coo&Beak's old business collapsed because of fraud, he followed Lin Qiang and joined the small Coo&Beak again, hoping to at least pass on the true tradition to the younger chefs.

Why this tier

PvE CA 6% team heal a turn from skill Lv. 10 helps early, but the counter needs a 5% dodge. Yasha heals the team 12% a turn.

GFC CThe healing cut only fires after a dodge, so the heal over time is the real value. Hyki cuts healing 20% on attack at Speed 126.

Overview

The Head Chef is a Jacker that heals, and that heal is the only reason to field one. Spice Stacks hits one enemy for 160% every 2 turns and, from skill Lv. 10, heals every ally 6% a turn for 4 turns. With a 2-turn cooldown and a 4-turn heal, the heal never runs out, which is good value on a young account.

The counter cuts healing received by 15% from Lv. 10, but only after a 5% dodge, so don't count on it. Yasha heals the team twice as hard, 12% a turn, and adds team Crit Rate. Hyki cuts healing by 20% on any attack. Treat the healing cut as a bonus and pick the Head Chef for the heal.

In GFC: Anti-Heal, the Head Chef can stand in for Ironclad, and in Signet X-Grade for Lilly as the Chemical stone breaker.

A fair early pickup, since the heal is live at skill Lv. 10 and copies come from the Standard banner. Later, Yasha and Lilly take the seats, and a Migration Core moves the resources over.
