Dynamite Blue/Characters
AVerdict
SkipSkip it. Navii Commander does the same job at S grade, and even that sits at C.
- Why this tier
PvE DThe Elite Soldier offers 110% and Bleed on one target, with a passive that fires 30% of the time. Navii Commander does the same at S grade with 160%.
GFC DToo weak for the arena: 110% and Bleed on one target at Speed 104. Navii Commander does the same at S grade.
Overview
The Elite Soldier is the A-grade version of Navii Commander, a step down in every number. Suppressive Fire II hits one enemy for 110% every 2 turns and adds a 2-turn Bleed from skill Lv. 10; the passive raises ATK by 5% on 30% of attacks. That is cheap early damage and nothing to invest in.
Against Navii Commander it loses on both counts: 110% against 160%, on a lower ATK line. Plasma is also the most crowded element, so the Elite Soldier competes with a long list of better Plasma units for the same 3 stone lists.
No comp here uses the Elite Soldier. The one Navii seat, the Lain stand-in on Code Red Plus, goes to Navii Commander.
Skip. The Bleed can feed a Tsuki bonus in the first days if no other unit carries a status, but that job moves to Persa or Reyna quickly. Early levels come back through a Migration Core.
Exclusive gear

Skill unlock ladder
Navii Elite Soldier's skills gain extra effects at fixed skill levels. The active skill can't go past half the character's level, and the passive opens at character Lv. 20. Spending Infinity in battle raises the skill level for that fight, so a gated effect can switch on early.

Element matchups and bosses

Awakening and dupes cost
License 5 caps Navii Elite Soldier at Lv. 200. Each awakening star lifts that cap by 5 and adds a slice of base stats, up to Lv. 225 at 5★. Stars are paid in Navii Elite Soldier's own shards, and as an A-grade character every duplicate pull turns into 20 of them. Awakening is kept if you reset the character with a Migration Core.
| Star | Shards | Running total | Duplicates' worth | Level cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ★ | 30 | 30 | 2 | Lv. 205 |
| ★★ | 50 | 80 | 4 | Lv. 210 |
| ★★★ | 90 | 170 | 9 | Lv. 215 |
| ★★★★ | 110 | 280 | 14 | Lv. 220 |
| ★★★★★ | 220 | 500 | 25 | Lv. 225 |
"Duplicates' worth" is the running total divided by 20 and rounded up. Base stats rise 3% or 5% per star depending on the character's grade.
