MGPD InspectorA

MGPD Inspector

ANetworkJacker

A 20-year veteran MGPD police officer. Once a righteous detective, but got demoted after meddling with one major case the wrong way. Since then, his motto has been, "Avoid major cases and pad the record with small ones." He is strict with subordinates and submissive to his superiors, but now and then his conscience stings, and he dulls it with a drink. He plans to hold out safely at least until he puts both his kids through college.

Why this tier

PvE DThe Inspector brings 110% and a 3-turn slow on one target, with a counter that fires only on a 5% dodge. Muro covers Network with Silence and 230%.

GFC DThe Inspector offers 110% and a slow on one target with a dodge-only counter. Muro takes the Network Jacker slot.

Overview

The Inspector is AG Priest's kit in Network: 110% on one enemy every 2 turns, a 15% Speed cut for 3 turns from skill Lv. 10, and a 50% counter after a dodge. Network sits on most stone lists, so the Inspector can break stones while a new account waits for better units.

The counter needs a 5% dodge and then a 60% roll, and A-grade ATK is the lowest Jacker line. Muro covers Network with 230%, Silence and 90% true damage, and even Vlacky Boss, also A grade, brings a Silence the Inspector lacks.

No comp here uses the Inspector; Muro and Tyra hold the Network seats. Neither seat opens up for an A-grade stand-in.

Skip the Inspector once Muro or Tyra arrives. Until then it can fill a slot for stone breaking at skill Lv. 10, but it should never see a Skill Core, and a Migration Core refunds any early levels.
