Dynamite Blue/Characters
XAt a glance
- Why this tier
PvE APoison on every enemy switches on Hyde's Lv. 30 bonus, and the 12% team-wide DEF cut from skill Lv. 20 helps every hitter behind it. The Freeze lands only 45% of the time after resist, and Sol cuts DEF with more damage.
GFC AThe team-wide DEF cut from skill Lv. 20 and Poison on every enemy wear down teams built to outlast, and Lilly's short crowd-control immunity covers the casting. The 50% Freeze falls short, and Sol cuts the same DEF at Speed 121 with more damage.

Overview
Lilly sets up the rest of the team rather than killing anything. Blue Moon hits every enemy for 115% every 3 turns, poisons them from skill Lv. 10 and drops their DEF by 12% for 3 turns from Lv. 20; Lv. 30 adds Freeze at 50% (45% after resist). From Lv. 10, some attacks also make Lilly immune to crowd control for 2 turns. The Poison and DEF cut are the useful parts; the Freeze is a bonus.
The damage is low, and the Freeze misses more often than it lands. Chemical sits on only 3 of 8 stone lists. Sol, if pulled, cuts DEF across the enemy team from skill Lv. 10 with more damage than Lilly's 115%. Sol is the better pick where both are owned.
Lilly's Poison puts a status on every enemy, and that is what switches on Hyde's +30% in Signet Core and Signet X-Grade. In GFC: Outlast, the Poison and DEF cut wear the other team down while Drax and Rem hold.
Build Lilly to skill Lv. 20 for the DEF cut, and stop there unless the Freeze matters. Lilly is also a fair X Selector choice for an account built around Hyde.

Skill unlock ladder
Lilly's skills gain extra effects at fixed skill levels. The active skill can't go past half the character's level, and the passive opens at character Lv. 20. Spending Infinity in battle raises the skill level for that fight, so a gated effect can switch on early.

Awakening and dupes cost
License 5 caps Lilly at Lv. 200. Each awakening star lifts that cap by 5 and adds a slice of base stats, up to Lv. 225 at 5★. Stars are paid in Lilly's own shards, and as an X-grade character every duplicate pull turns into 40 of them. Awakening is kept if you reset the character with a Migration Core.
| Star | Shards | Running total | Duplicates' worth | Level cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ★ | 30 | 30 | 1 | Lv. 205 |
| ★★ | 50 | 80 | 2 | Lv. 210 |
| ★★★ | 90 | 170 | 5 | Lv. 215 |
| ★★★★ | 110 | 280 | 7 | Lv. 220 |
| ★★★★★ | 220 | 500 | 13 | Lv. 225 |
"Duplicates' worth" is the running total divided by 40 and rounded up. Base stats rise 3% or 5% per star depending on the character's grade.
