Why this tier

PvE AA 30% team heal and a 30% damage cut from skill Lv. 1 make Rem the first healer to build, and the only released XA in Bio. All of it is defensive, though: 120% damage on a 4-turn cooldown.

GFC AThe same heal and damage cut, but nothing in the kit stops enemy healing or strips buffs. Mou's Heal Block does, which is the arena's answer to a healer like Rem.

Overview

Rem heals the most of anyone and needs no Skill Cores to do it. Mesh Pullover Covering hits every enemy for 120% every 4 turns, heals every ally for 30% and cuts their damage taken by 30%, with DEF +7% for 2 turns, all from skill Lv. 1. Rem also heals 10% at each turn start and, from Lv. 10, raises the team's DEF by 5%. Rem is the only released XA in Bio. That makes Rem a safe early build.

The heal only comes every 4 turns, and 120% is little damage. All of that help is defensive, and nothing in the kit stops enemy healing or strips buffs the way Mou's Heal Block does. That keeps Rem at A in both tabs.

Rem sits behind Drax in Signet Core, Firewall: Double Electrical and GFC: Outlast, where Rem's 30% damage cut stacks with Drax's 40%.

Build Rem right away: a new copy has the whole kit on day one. An XA Selector can pick Rem, and a healer that needs no Skill Cores is a safe choice for it.

Skill unlock ladder

Rem's skills gain extra effects at fixed skill levels. The active skill can't go past half the character's level, and the passive opens at character Lv. 20. Spending Infinity in battle raises the skill level for that fight, so a gated effect can switch on early.

Awakening and dupes cost

License 5 caps Rem at Lv. 200. Each awakening star lifts that cap by 5 and adds a slice of base stats, up to Lv. 225 at 5★. Stars are paid in Rem's own shards, and as an XA-grade character every duplicate pull turns into 50 of them. Awakening is kept if you reset the character with a Migration Core.
