At a glance
- Why this tier
Inferaze is A because Fire Vortex lays the hazard rush team's Burn trap while Flaming Body, fed by Blazing Hooves, makes it immune to Burn and burns back every skill that hits it. 85 ATK grinds rather than kills; Flamblades brings the damage.

Inferaze's skills
Fixed kit always on Inferaze, can't be swapped
Rams the current enemy and applies 2 Burn to both it and this Lumi.
Its automatic attack: a Fire hit every 1.2s for 12 power. That is slower than most, so anything that triggers per hit rather than per point of damage fires less often here.
Swappable skills choose which one to equip
Hits the current enemy with fierce flames; costs 1 less Energy for each Burn stack this Lumi carries.
Spreads the current enemy's status effects to the rest of its squad.
Removes every Burn stack from this Lumi and the current enemy, healing 5% of max HP per stack removed; then cures this Lumi's Leech.
Hits the current enemy and strips its Wet; this Lumi gains 2 Burn.
Sets the weather to Harsh Sunlight, hits every enemy on the field and applies 1 Burn to each.
Drops a Burn trap where the current enemy is standing, applying 1 Burn to any enemy Lumi that moves onto it.

How to use Inferaze
Inferaze lays the Burn trap in the hazard rush team in the Arena, and Fire Vortex is the pick for it. Flaming Body makes it immune to Burn and burns back anything that hits it with a skill, as long as it carries Burn itself, which Blazing Hooves supplies. 100 HP and 96 DEF let it soak while the trap works.
85 ATK and a 60-power signature mean it grinds rather than bursts. Flamblades hits much harder for a Fire slot.
Teams with Inferaze
- Hazard RushPvP · Arena ladder

A faster cousin of the poison trap team. Jolkat lays Static Field and Inferaze lays Fire Vortex, so every enemy that comes in picks up Paralysis and Burn on arrival, and Floragon's Dragon Roar keeps dragging new ones across. Volt Absorption gives your side 0.1 extra Energy for every attack on a Paralyzed target, and Inferaze's Flaming Body burns back anything that hits it with a skill while it carries Burn itself.
- Flamblades & BurnIn-game line-up · Burn-fed crit rotation

Burn does three jobs in this line-up. It chips the enemy down, it is where Flamblades gets its speed, and it is what keeps Inferaze alive. Hasty Flames gives Flamblades 1 Swift whenever it applies Burn, Fireblade Assault adds another for every 2 Burn on the target, and Raid always crits when Flamblades attacks faster than its target. Two Swift put it ahead of even the 0.8s Lumi like Zaphound.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
