While it is on the field, every enemy Lumi loses 2 DEF stages as it enters.
Lumi Master/Lumis

At a glance
- Why this tier
The Arena's roar teams are built on Bluesaur Goma, which is why it is S: each 3-Energy roar drags in the enemy's lowest-HP Lumi and Meowgon cuts 2 DEF stages as it lands. Its 30-power roar finishes nothing, and Ice hits it for double.

How to use Bluesaur Goma
Bluesaur Goma picks the enemy's next Lumi for them. Bluesaur Roar forces the current one out and drags in whoever has the lowest HP, and Meowgon takes 2 DEF stages off every enemy that enters, so each roar is a free DEF cut. Once a target is three stages down, Dragon Rage from either Dragon lands with heavy Pierce.
Against it, heal a wounded Lumi before you swap, because the roar hunts your weakest. Its 30-power signature finishes nothing, so pair it with Charigon. The Peach Cat collab shop sells it until the collab ends in late October.
Teams with Bluesaur Goma
- Roar BreakerPvP · Arena ladder

A team for beating roar-and-trap squads. They win by dragging your Lumi across Poison Swamp and Earth Spike, so this one ends the fight before the traps add up. Zaphound paralyses the current enemy every time it enters and Lightning Raid gains 50% crit rate per stack, on 110 ATK. Bluesaur Goma brings your own 3-Energy roar, which pulls in the enemy's lowest-HP Lumi with 2 DEF stages already gone. Rainbowdeer leads, cuts ATK and cures Poison across the squad.
- Dragon Roar Armour BreakPvP · Arena ladder

Every member cuts DEF, and two of them cash the cuts in with Dragon Rage. Charigon strips 2 DEF stages from the enemy as it enters, Bluesaur Goma's roar drags in their lowest-HP Lumi and Meowgon takes 2 stages off it on arrival, and each Dragon Rage lowers one more stage while gaining 25% Pierce for every stage already lost. Psykat opens by putting a sturdy enemy to sleep so the target can't swap out of the cuts.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
