A free Legendary who turns Max HP into damage through Gigantization's +30% and Flesh Burst, with a 4★ Skill Link that lends Gigantization to every Warrior. That damage has to build, so short chapter fights end before it does and Rose stays ahead.
Bjorn turns Max HP into damage twice. Gigantization adds up to 30% to all his damage as his Max HP climbs, and Flesh Burst fires whenever he hurts himself, stripping a tenth of the enemy's Block and hitting harder for each 100% of bonus Max HP. His own Berserk Potion drains him on a timer to keep that loop going.
That earns him A. Spiked Armor raises Max HP, so standard Spike gear doubles as his damage. He is free from the collab's attendance rewards until 10 November, and his 4-star Skill Link lends Gigantization to any Warrior. Time keeps him out of S: fast chapter builds end a fight in about ten seconds, while his damage is still climbing.
Bring White Wolf Captain for Haste, Tiger for early damage and a heal like Fairy. Claim him before the collab ends and star him to 4.

Each Spiked Armor raises Max HP by 40%, which feeds Gigantization's damage bonus of up to 30%, and adds 5 Spike every 3.5 seconds. Jellyfish Princess keeps adding Spike while Bjorn is stunned, and Staff of Vitality turns a quarter of its overhealing into Block.
Pet order. Jellyfish Princess on rounds 1, 5 and 10; Red Dragon for round 12.

The final boss regenerates, so the Candlestick's 50% healing cut, a spare Torch's 15% and Ice Reaper's 40% are stacked for the last round. Spiral Spear triggers Spike 6 times per skill hit on top of the Spiked Armor.
Pet order. Red Dragon and Jellyfish Princess on the round 4 and 8 bosses, with Ice Reaper left off; Ice Reaper only for the healing final boss.

Ice Reaper's healing cut shrinks the HP the Bloated Corpses revive with, and the Broom strips 5 debuffs every 5.5 seconds against the poisoning final boss. Spiked Armor keeps raising Max HP, and with it Bjorn's damage.

Healing and plain weapons hold the early rounds until Spiked Armor comes together, then Spike does the damage. A Candlestick and one Torch cut the final boss's regeneration by 50% and 15%.

Full walkthroughBjorn's damage builds slowly as his Max HP grows, so this run uses White Wolf Captain's Haste and Tiger's 25% weapon damage to speed up the opening seconds. Mimic merges the HP pieces faster.
All DMG rises with the Max HP you gain on top of your base, up to +30%. Bjorn also grows in size as it climbs.
Only Bjorn can find these in a run: buy them from the shop, or merge them where a recipe is listed. Effects, stats, prices and shapes are the game's own numbers.
