When you browse, sort by Class before rarity. Class Levels, equipment and Talent Serums are all shared by Class, and a Witch's two Sub-Slots only accept her own Class, so one strong Witch in each Class beats two in the same one. Several SR Witches, such as Peseshet and Qing, hold a place in our Best Teams. Every Witch page opens with how to use her, then the comps she appears in, her six skills and which Star unlocks each one.
