How to use Kadita
Kadita brings area damage and her own protection. Ocean Ode washes a wave over enemies, hitting adjacent targets too, and she cannot be crowd-controlled while in the wave, which keeps the damage reliable. She is a caster who wants enemies bunched together.
Her base numbers are low for her cost: ninth in HP and eleventh in attack among the twelve 3-Gold heroes, so she depends on Mage's Magic ATK bonus to matter. Without it she is filler. Her range of 4 keeps her in the back row, where the wave reaches the front line without her walking into it.
Our two Mage comps use her: Enchanted Tales / Mage for extra burst and Mage count, Mage + Stargazer as cheap Mage count. Shadeweaver needs one more of Hylos or Melissa to turn on, and Hylos at 2 Gold is the easy pair. Two-star her for the Mage count, skip the 3-Star, and replace her with Vexana or Gord when they come.

ShadeweaverAt the start of battle a gust tears down every column that holds a Shadeweaver hero, starting from the back tile — it speeds up allies in the lane and knocks any enemies it passes into the air.
