How to use Paquito
Built around the Bruiser synergy, Paquito charges in shielded and immune to crowd control, uppercuts the target and stuns it briefly. When the Bruiser effect triggers, he gets another cast, which is where most of his value comes from.
That extra cast is the whole point: without Bruiser he is a mid-table 3-Gold fighter with a Mana Cap of 80. His HP is middling for his cost, and the shield lasts only 3 seconds. He also retreats after each uppercut, so he spends less time trading blows than most melee heroes.
He fits three of our comps: Bruiser frontline and Mistbender / Bruiser in the front, and SPECTRE to Alpha as a mid link, since two-starring a SPECTRE hero gifts you a higher-cost one. Bruiser partners include Dyrroth, Belerick, Yin and Badang. Invest in a Bruiser board, where a 2-Star is the minimum and a 3-Star lifts the hit to 620%. Elsewhere he is a stepping stone.

SPECTREThe first time you two-star a SPECTRE hero, the game gifts you a higher-cost SPECTRE hero. All SPECTRE heroes deal bonus damage, and the chain eventually unlocks Alpha, the game's first 7-Gold hero.
BruiserBruisers hit harder with basic attacks, and both their basic and enhanced basic attacks can strike a second time.

(DMG decreases with the number of enemies hit. Triggering the Bruiser effect grants an additional cast.)
